There were 41 sales reported on the barrier island of Vero Beach in the month of August 2011.
The "average" sale price for the island is now $610,053.
At the top end of sales was a magnificent oceanfront estate on Corona Lane....listed at
$5,9000,000 and sold for $4,800,000.
There were also other significant sales...4 homes at over $1,000,000.

It was a busy month on the barrier island......69 homes are pending and contingent!
