I was showing homes the other day in the gated community of "TRILLIUM", my clients and I were
impressed with the looks, feel and the homes of this community. Beautifully maintained homes
along winding streets and some overlook or back up to community lakes.
"TRILLIUM" is located along 66th Avenue just northwest of the Indian River Mall, shopping,
golf and many great restaurants.......and of course the great beaches!
Construction at Trillum started in 2005 and Woodbridge homes has nearly completed the project with
only a few new homes available. Concrete block construction with great open floor plans for the
perfect "FLORIDA LIFESTYLE." All have access to the outdoors with patios and many have
extended that space with screened in patios. A small community dock on the main lake allows
for viewing the many tropical birds and turtles that visit the area.
The clubhouse offers a heated pool, exercise room and lounge. All lawns and common areas are maintained by the HOA. Recent sales of homes in Trillium have ranged from $140,000 for
the 2 bedroom models to over $200,000 for lake front 3 bedroom homes.
We saw some great homes in the $180,000 range all overlooking the water.
