                                                     SEPTEMBER 17 - OCTOBER 17, 2010

        Let's take a look at the sales for the barrier island of Vero Beach in the zip code of 32963.

                                     We had some significant sales of over a million dollars!

  The highest sale was oceanfront in Riomar......asking price $3,900,000 sold for $3,100,000

Next was an equestrian oceanfront property in the Dunes.....asking $3,900,000 sold for $2,625,000

Next was a riverfront home in Seagrove West....asking $1,900,000 sold for $1,386,000

Next was a riverfront home in Cache Cay...asking $1,350,000 sold for $1,155,000

                                  There were 16 sales....12 homes and 4 condominiums

              Significant sale at the Village Spires...asking $995,000...sold for $775,000

                                There were 3 sales of homes in the Island Club Of Vero Beach

                                                  Sales were from $350,000 to $470,000

We are now getting into our "season" of selling and I have seen much interest!  I have
