           Large well-established offices generally have a better support staff!  They also have larger
           budgets for advertising, promotions and marketing materials.  Larger offices have more
           agents..this is important for the "office preview"...more agents on your sales team!  The
           well-established office offers more repeat clients and referrals, therefore more showings
           and more exposure. 

4. Dont' pick a Realtor based on price!

           Realtor's don't determine the price of your home, the market does!  It has to be priced right
               in this market.  A Realtor should be able to show you the active, contingent and sold homes
           in your market and your specific market range!

5. Choose a busy Realtor.

           A busy Realtor is one exposed to many potential buyers!  Experience and a steady track
           record are invaluable in terms of contacts and marketing.

6. Choose a Realtor that is a good fit for your needs.

            You want to make sure that you choose a Realtor that meshes with your personality and
            needs.  You will be working together to sell your home!
