My past 6 closings were directly from people finding my blogs on Vero Beach and
the impressive communities that we have here.
BUT.......I have to tell you about a phone call I received the other day.....
A women called me from Tampa because her friend was late and she was not
able to reach her on her cell phone....She went on-line to look up the community
where her friend lived, hoping to get a numer for the front gate....but she kept
running into me and my contact information, not information on the community itself.
So she called me hoping that I might help her.....she asked me to call the guard
at the front gate to see if they could go to her home to check on her friend. I was
happy to do that and took her telephone number so I could follow up with her. Upon
checking the home, the guard found that she was not there and her car was not there.
In a while I received a call from the friend in Tampa telling me that her friend just
arrived, she had taken a different road from Vero Beach to Tampa and got caught
up in traffic and some wrong turns. So a happy ending! She also told me that
when her friend is ready to sell her home they will give me the listing....if she found
me, so will people looking to buy a home! Sweet...
